Installation

In order for the SPC^® wear protection systems to work effectively, they not only have to be adapted to the system, but also installed correctly. The assembly is carried out in such a way that no structural changes to the equipment are necessary. Existing mounting points, such as drilled holes of a rail brush or similar, are used. The systems can also be spot welded to the equipment. However, mounting on existing holes is preferred. Improper installation of the SPC^® wear protection systems can lead to lack of performance but has no negative impact on the equipment.
 
Frequently, there is no free capacity on the part of the customer to carry out a professional or timely installation. It is advisable to leave the assembly to a qualified team that will carry out the work quickly and professionally.
